The fifth edition of the Strong Christian Conference which began in 2019 in Kumasi for all young people was held on April 22nd-24th, 2023.

This edition hosted young people from all the councils in The Mega Church Denomination at the True Vine Cathedral, Bantama. The theme for this year’s conference was “If You Love The Lord”, based on the book written by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills with the same title.

The host and main speaker for the Conference, Rev. William Agbo, the pastor in charge of the Saved Churches in the Bantama Council taught the young people why loving the Lord is the most important duty of a Christian, and how loving the Lord includes love for His Word and love for His house. Rev Bismark Allotey, the Saved Pastor of the Asokwa Council was a guest speaker.

The Bishop of the Bantama Council, Archbishop Patrick Bruce graced the conference on the last day with his presence and added to the excitement of the Conference. It was an honour to have him visit and share a few words.

During all three days, the atmosphere at the Conference was simply thrilling and spiritual, as the young people sang and danced in praise, and listened eagerly to the Word preached with clarity.

The Conference featured the Film stars for the first time and their ministration was based on the testimonies of young lives that have been affected by the Strong Christian Conference over the years.

Rev. William Agbo has held previous editions of the Strong Christian Conference at Cathedrals in Tamale, Ho, Cape Coast and Koforidua.
