Bishop Kweku Amponsah’s visit to the Morning Star Cathedral, Headquarters of the Catch the Anointing Centre (CTAC) Denomination, on Sunday 5th and Tuesday, 7th September 2021 was very timely and the message preached, spot on!.
He preached on Loyalty and Disloyalty, shedding light on why the subject is timelessly relevant, why faithfulness is vital and the rewards derived from being faithful. It is important to be found faithful even when “the master drops in unannounced”.
Bishop Kweku also touched on the Culture of Allegiance: What makes up a culture, Why it is important and How it defines and guides the people concerned. He said,
If we are all loyal we stay together like a family. That is what makes people who do not understand this principle refer to the church as a cult. No matter what happens, nobody leaves the family they are born into.
Bishop Kweku had a session with leaders and shepherds of CTAC HQ, La and Teshie Councils, where he delved deeper into the Culture of Allegiance in the church. “We must defend what we have, love it and support it”.
During the Tuesday Service, Bishop Kweku further expounded on the all important subject of Faithfulness. Familiarity, he said, undermines loyalty and causes people who have been around for a long time to become betrayers. Using Matthew 25:21 he explained that it is the Faithful Servants who will enter into the joy of the Lord. “His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” One can be Good but not Faithful. Faithfulness is what makes one CONTINUE and REMAIN planted where God has placed him.
Something that will forever stay with everyone who attended the service is that “there will always be disloyal people but DON’T LET IT BE YOU”. “In your day of temptation, remember what you have believed and said”.
The 2-day Loyalty Conference was wonderful, impactful and well attended. All present were awakened to this all important subject of Loyalty and Disloyalty. The Convener, Bishop Kakra Baiden in his comments reiterated that “as a Church and Denomination, it is our prayer that we will REMAIN Loyal, Faithful, Constant, Reliable and Dependable to the end so we reap our full reward”.

“You can be good and not faithful!” Profound statement and revelation. I think being good is what makes someone feel he deserves more if he lacks faithfulness. We are blessed to have these foundation taught to us as a church! God bless the Prophet! God bless his children of which I’m one 😊🙏
