20 new pastors (9 ladies and 11 gentlemen) were appointed before God and in honour of the birthday of our Founding Father, Apostle, Prophet, Pastor, Teacher and Evangelist Bishop Dag Heward-Mills on 29th May 2022 at the Qodesh Family Church, Ghana.
The ceremony was officiated by the Deputy Convener of the United Denominations originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches (UD-OLGC), Convener of the Qodesh Family Church – Ghana Denomination, Bishop Nii Adjeidu Armar, assisted by Bishops Emmanuel Sakyi and Pius Akator.
In his sermon titled “Lord I am amazed that you have chosen me”, Bishop Nii charged the newly appointed pastors and the entire congregation to strive for excellence in their service to God. In his foundation scripture from John 15:16, he reminded all that God had already chosen and ordained us to be fruitful. He then emphasized that it was a privilege for the appointees and the congregation to continue serving the most High God selflessly because of the reconciliation we have received from Him.
