Proverbs 14:31 “…but whoever is kind to the needy honours God”.
Bishop Kenneth Bamfo led the congregation of King of Kings Cathedral, Achimota of the Lighthouse Chapel International Denomination into Afghanistan, a suburb in the Dome area, not only to preach and win souls but to bless them with free medical consultation and medical supplies. We were blessed with many volunteers including Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists and Midwives.
The outreach was topped up with the distribution of food and drinks to the community members together with lots of clothing, shoes, bags, etc.
We thank God for the many souls that have been saved and added to our church after this outreach.
Truly, the passion of our Prophet, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills for soul winning and helping the poor is rubbing off on us. We are also grateful to Bishop Steve Asare, Convener of the Lighthouse Chapel International Denomination, for always urging us to do just a little bit more for the Lord.
We look forward to having another Medical Outreach soon by the Grace of God.
