The atmosphere was solemn.
Once again, a significant moment in the history of the church was about to unfold.
Dressed in their pre-consecration vestments, the bishops-elect processed into the elegant Flow in the Anointing Chapel at the Anagkazo Campus, steps in sync to the dulcet tune.
This was it – a literally life-transforming moment in the lives of the 6 Firstlove Bishops and Mothers elect:
- Brian Thabiso Masuku
- Paul Prince
- Farrell Nii Kofi Ablah Bruce
- Daniella Dayanara Rochelle Hart
- Gifty-Iris Calah Krofuah

After the purpose of gathering was declared and prayer said, the candidates’ profiles were read – each life a beautifully different flavor, rich with testimonies and experiences uniquely capturing the Call of God!
They were then adorned in their new bishopric apparel, each detail connoting a great spiritual message.
The Presiding Bishop, Dag Heward-Mills laid hands on them, offering heartfelt prayers for each one.
He preached from Acts 3:12-13, emphasizing the grace and mercy of God which had found the consecrants and which would keep and help them in the journey ahead.
The ceremony ended with a lovely recession, greetings and photographs.
