All glory to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for bestowing on us the grace to have been partakers of ‘You Got Served’ (#YGS’24), a much thrilling, yet Christ-centered gathering.
The Machaneh Church, Ayensu River Estate, organized its first ever dance championship dubbed ‘You Got Served’ and indeed, spectators got served; served creativity, energy, euphoria and a very exciting time in God’s presence.
Eight dance groups took the stage to battle it out during the church’s maiden dance contest. As is the inevitable fate in all competitions, where only one can emerge victorious, ‘The Hornets’ did in this regard; taking home a goodly cash prize and a trophy!
The Apostle of the branch, Bishop Edwin Morgan Ogoe, who himself graced the memorable occasion with his presence, shared a very convicting message on ‘Choices’ after which, hundreds of souls surrendered their lives to Christ, indeed the pinnacle of the entire ceremony.
The Church has been transformed by this very exciting experience and is most grateful to the Resident Pastor and Shepherd, for pioneering such a great movement in The Machaneh Denomination.
