In this remarkable season of intense teaching, one conference after another has sounded a clear call to pastors, leaders, and church workers everywhere: Return to the foundations. Return to the fire. From Europe to Africa and beyond, the message has been the same: catch the anointing afresh and run with new strength.
Following a powerful Catch the Anointing Conference in Italy, Bishop Richard Aryee, head pastor of Eschatos Church in Newcastle (UK), brought the same spirit to London. The event, an international gathering of ministers and church leaders, was held from Tuesday, 22nd to Friday, 25th July at the Intercontinental O2 in Greenwich, London.

Over 2,500 delegates poured in from around the world, eager to be recharged by the Word and the Spirit. Attendees came from countries including Switzerland, the Philippines, South Africa, Kenya, the Republic of Ireland, Italy, Germany, Romania, Belgium, and the Netherlands. The atmosphere was saturated with the presence of God and faith as attendees received deep and challenging teachings from Bishop Richard and guest ministers Pastor David Sumrall (Cathedral of Praise, Philippines) and Bishop Michael Hutton-Wood (House of Judah City Church, UK).

At the core of Bishop Richard’s message was a powerful teaching from Hebrews 6:1, calling believers to go on unto perfection and return to the foundational works of the Christian faith—witnessing, prayer, fasting, teaching, and service. Drawing also from Acts 1:8, he reminded the delegates that the power of the Holy Ghost has been given to church, and should be used for the gathering of witnesses, which is the primary aim of the church.

On the last day of the conference, Pastor David Sumrall delivered a powerful message on the Holy Spirit, emphasising the critical need for ministers to maintain a close relationship with Him. “We need to have a flow of the Holy Spirit in our lives,” he declared, urging every leader to be continually guided, empowered, and refreshed in order to excel in ministry. At the conference, Pastor David spent meaningful time praying over everyone in attendance, over 2,000 pastors and church leaders, laying hands and releasing blessings for strength, wisdom, and anointing in their respective ministries. It was a moving and unforgettable moment of impartation.
Catch The Anointing Conference 2025, was the icing on the cake for the Machaneh season in the United Kingdom. For those who couldn’t make it this year, updates and upcoming event news can be found on Bishop Richard’s Instagram page or by connecting with local pastors.
