It was an electrifying atmosphere filled with the Presence of God, Love, Joy, Excitement and Color as our brethren from the Truth Cathedral, Headquarters of the Loyalty House International (LHI) Denomination went International on Sunday, 19th September 2021. This year’s celebration was primarily marked with dressing to represent a few of the Regions in Ghana and other parts of the world where the United Denomination is represented.
In his powerful sermon, Bishop Ishmael Sam, the Convener of the LHI Denomination expounded on the text from John 3:1-2, stating emphatically that, what we see in the UD as a church was through the obedience of one man, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, who started this church in a classroom and by the Grace of God, today the church can be found in 94 countries. He intimated that one important way to honor, is to recognize that, what God is doing with our Prophet is not ordinary, just as Nicodemus said, “NO MAN CAN DO THESE, EXCEPT GOD BE WITH HIM”. Bishop Sam encouraged the church of the necessity to continue honoring the great anointing upon Bishop Dag’s life by staying connected in order to be blessed and be partakers of the international grace upon the UD.
The film stars, the dancing stars and various choirs ministered powerfully to grace the occasion. The service ended with a photo shoot of the various groups identified by their traditional/ international dress codes.
In Nigeria, the Giants of Africa, also part of the Loyalty House International Denomination, International Sunday was celebrated in a big way all over.
At the Son of God Cathedral (Lagos Aparche), International Sunday 2021 was as beautiful, colorful and exciting as always, to the Glory of God! It was representative of the people, cultures and tribes (Igbos, Yorubas, Hausas. Akwa-Iboms, Edos, Kogis and Itsekiris). Our Ghanaian brethren also brought much color and fanfare.
We thank our Father, Prophet Dag Heward-Mills for thinking of and instituting such a unique and unifying event. It is a blessing to see scripture Psalm 133:1 ‘Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!’ come to life.
We also thank our Father in Nigeria, Bishop Alex Kofi-Opata for ensuring the event was celebrated so gloriously.
