Once again, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills is travelling across the world for Give Thyself Wholly Conferences (GTWC), like he did from 2016 to 2018, teaching pastors and church leaders how to give themselves wholly and completely to the work of God, in the last days.
This conference began in Ghana in 2005 under the name “Iron Sharpeneth Iron”. Ever since, it has taken place every year in Ghana, and has become an important and significant occasion for thousands of ministers from around the world.
This year, GTWC started from Ghana from 5th to 8th August, where Bishop Dag taught on Now We Are At War. He taught extensively on fighting spiritual battles to establish the Kingdom of God. He introduced his new book with the same title – Now We Are At War.
After Ghana, the European edition, was held from the 23rd to the 25th of October in Rotterdam, Netherlands and 26th to 28th October in Paris.
Many pastors and church leaders traveled from various parts of the world: Switzerland, Belgium, France, Hungary, Latvia, Germany, The United Kingdom, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Gabon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Malawi and many more nations, to attend the conferences at My Fathers’s Business in Rotterdam and Impact Centre Chretien (ICC), Paris with great expectation.
What makes this edition especially significant is the fact that over the last decade, Christianity in Europe has experienced a noticeable decline. According to Pew Research Center (2025), the absolute number of Christians dropped by 9% between 2010 and 2020, while every other major religious group grew during the same period.
These statistics highlight the urgent need for more Christian conferences, meetings, camps and soul winning in Europe. They bring forth encouragement and revival, much like how early believers were strengthened when the Apostle Paul visited them and taught them the Word of God.
With powerful themes such as ‘Worthy of Jesus’ and ‘Anointed and Consecrated’, attendees experienced both encouragement and transformation. Among many topics, Bishop Dag preached extensively about the anointing: what it means, how to seek it, and how to be dominated by it.
Throughout the month of December, Bishop Dag will continue the 2025 Series of Give Thyself Wholly Conferences across the African continent, following Ghana, the Netherlands and France.
The next destinations include: Lusaka (Zambia), Bulawayo (Zimbabwe), Blantyre (Malawi), Bujumbura (Burundi), Kampala (Uganda), and Addis Ababa (Ethiopia).
