Lubango, formerly known as Sá da Bandeira, is a fascinating municipality in Angola, capital of the Huíla Province. It is the second-most populous city in Angola after the capital city Luanda. It is also where the Healing Jesus Campaign ended up after the Northern Ghana crusades.
Following much hype and publicity, the Portuguese-speaking nation received the renowned Evangelist with grandeur. They were ready! Ready to be changed. Ready to be refreshed. Ready to be touched by the healing Jesus!
And oh did He show up mightily! Saving sinners, healing the sick, working mind-boggling miracles, restoring the broken and drawing all men to Himself.
His anointed vessel, the Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills as always, availed himself completely for the master’s use. It was a beautiful sight to behold. Each night seemed more spectacular than the one before, as expectation merged with faith, saturated the atmosphere with God’s tangible presence.
The Word of God was not bound. Even in the Pastors’ Conference sessions, the clarity was unmistakable. Teaching and Impartation at its best!
The Lubango campaign was all sorts of amazing. Even following online was almost addictive. Thank God for a fruitful, transformative 4 days.
