Emmanuel Oko Mensah served as the Ministry Shepherd of the KNUST Campus Choir for one year from 2000-2001.
After completing KNUST, he was in the Korle-Gonno Cathedral as a Choir Shepherd.
He was appointed as a Pastor in 2003 at the Korle-Gonno Cathedral and continued serving as a Pastor in the Choir Ministry, when the Headquarters of the Lighthouse Chapel International moved to the Qodesh in 2007.
He continued pastoring in the Qodesh in various capacities as an Assisting Pastor and was ordained as a Reverend Minister by the Presiding Bishop in 2010.
In 2016, he became the Head Pastor of the Inspiration Service at the Qodesh.
He was consecrated as a Bishop in the United Denominations in 2017 by the Presiding Bishop, and in December 2017, was transferred to the Cotonou, Benin Mission to pastor the Church there. He was there till 2018 after which he was transferred to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
He pastored the Church in Ouagadougou till he was transferred back to Accra in the early part of 2019. He was an Assisting Pastor at The Life Cathedral, Anagkazo Assemblies till September 2019.
He resigned from the United Denominations in September 2019.
