This year’s Transform Your Ministry Conference (TYPM) was a unique one. It was marked by the ministration of seasoned ministers who expounded on the deep truths of God’s word resulting in the true transformation of lives and ministries. The Conference transitioned into our Proton Convention on Sunday morning and Sunday evening.
The first day took off with the Ordination Ceremony of 10 new Reverend Ministers ordained from ministries outside the United Denomination Originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches (UD-OLGC).
Bishop Andrii Tyschenko, who was the main speaker of the Conference, despite the outbreak of war in his home country, Ukraine, together with his team maintained their resolve and he ministered powerfully all through the Conference.
The Conference took a different turn on Friday evening, with the ministration of our own Bishop Eddy Addy who dissected the message of Faith, that left many lives in awe of his dumbfounding testimonies about his application of faith in his Church.
On Saturday morning, our Host, Bishop Ishmael Sam also expounded on the need for us to restore the original tenets of the ministry back to the Church. He further taught from and introduced to us his new book on retention evangelism, one of the keys to church growth.
On Sunday morning and evening, the Conference switched into our Convention mode with the ministration of Bishop Andrii Tyschenko taking the morning session with a beautiful message about Praying Strong Prayers and ended in the evening with the ministration of Pastor Jimmy Macharia from the Harvest Family Church, Rongai Kenya. He shook the atmosphere with his message on Seed Faith and highlighted why our offerings don’t work. What a beautiful end to our Proton Convention and TYMC. Several lives have been blessed, ministries have been transformed, the power of God was manifested throughout the sessions and we believe that everyone who took part in this year’s TYMC will never live to regret it.
May God bless all the guest preachers, especially to our dear Bishop Andrii and the Church family and people of Ukraine. We pray that the Lord will see them through these trying times. Another big thanks to all who worked hard behind the scenes to make this Conference a success. A special thanks to our Convener and the Host of this Conference, Bishop Ishmael Sam, who through his leadership has brought us this far, and to our Prophet, Bishop Dag Heward- Mills, under whose grace we all enjoy these blessing.
