Sunday, May 11th, 2025, will forever remain etched in the hearts of the members of The Mega Church in Kumasi as a day of divine visitation and unprecedented blessing. In what can only be described as a spirit-filled encounter, we had the immense honour of welcoming our father, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, and the First Lady, ES Adelaide Heward-Mills, to our Sunday service—a moment that will be treasured for generations.

Having come to Kumasi over the weekend to receive the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Prophet graciously decided to stay an extra day and spend precious time with us at Tikrom on Sunday. His presence brought an overwhelming sense of joy, reverence, and spiritual awakening to the entire congregation.

The Prophet was introduced by host pastor, Bishop Eddie Fabin, and the atmosphere was electric as he ministered powerfully on obedience. He prayed for Bishop Eddie Fabin and Lady Reverend Caroline Fabin, after which he prayed for all the pastors present, and released prophetic words that stirred faith and renewed hope! He poured oil on the floor as he dedicated the Tikrom Mega church building, also known as The River Of Life Cathedral. He made heartfelt declarations, covering the entire ministry with prayer and blessing! His words were not only inspiring but deeply personal, leaving many in awe and deep reflection.
One of the most touching moments of the day was his visit to The Saved Church — our beloved children’s Sunday service. With fatherly warmth, he prayed over the little ones, imparting grace and speaking blessings into their future. His visit to the children’s ministry reminded us of the heart of a true shepherd — one who cares for every soul, no matter how small.

Of course, no such monumental visit would be complete without capturing memories. Bishop Dag took beautiful and memorable pictures with the church family, leaving us with keepsakes that reflected the joy and honour of the occasion.

He came along with other Bishops like Bishop Steve Asare, Bishop Ishmael Sam, Bishop Nterful, Bishop Prince, Bishop Bruce and Bishop Asomani.
As part of his visit to the church Bishop Dag was formally presented with Flow Mineral Water.

We were deeply excited, blessed, and privileged to host this great servant of God. His visit has marked a new season for The Mega Church, Tikrom in Kumasi. We are grateful, we are encouraged, and most of all, we are expectant — for truly, the best is yet to come!
To God be all the glory!
