Last Sunday, various churches in UD across Europe, Oceania, America and Africa celebrated the many missions that have been started through Bishop Dag Heward-Mills’ ministry.
On Sunday, church members from different denominations celebrated this event by dressing up in traditional attire to represent the various nationalities and missions. The joy and diversity of the occasion can be seen in pictures from various denominations shown here and in the gallery.

After Jesus’ resurrection, He gave us a last command which can be found in Matthew 28:18: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:”

Through the Prophet’s obedience to this command, he has taught us and sent missionaries to spread the Word of God throughout the world. The vision is to reach 190 nations; no country or island is too far. People must hear the gospel so they can be saved.

Over the course of three decades, thousands of churches have been planted in almost 100 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania and South America. This network of churches has given birth to over 48 denominations, 4,500 congregations, more than 200 bishops, and almost 5,000 appointed pastors.

Our worldwide ministry also reflects on the Prophet’s teaching ministry. His books, with over 100 titles, have been translated into 53 languages and dialects. This way, everyone in the world, no matter which language they speak, can be blessed by these powerful books. The various congregations embrace all nationalities, with no difference between the ‘Jew’ and ‘Greek’.
REVIVAL INTERNATIONAL – NORTH AMERICA
Although the 190-nation vision hasn’t been reached yet, it’s beautiful to see how so many Christians have left behind their comfortable lives so that others, who have never heard about Christ, can be saved. This calls for a celebration!
