In August, the serene hills of Akuapim-Mampong, home to the Anagkazo Bible & Ministry Training Centre, saw thousands of pastors and church leaders from around the world converge for the 21st annual Give Thyself Wholly Conference, themed “NOW WE ARE AT WAR.”
Bishop Dag Heward-Mills opened the conference with a message titled “The Four Pillars of Self-Education” during which he introduced the new Loyalty Makarios. He taught the congregation that Self education is the only kind of education there is.
The four-day event featured a lineup of messages geared towards equipping pastors and church leaders in taking territories and defending the church, with sessions focusing on Bishop Dag’s new book – NOW WE ARE AT WAR. Practical messages including “Tactics of Warfare”, “The Business of War” and “The Supreme Code of Ministry: PVCI”, shared by Bishop Dag, challenged those present to do more in their churches.
As always, international guests graced the conference. Pastor Benny Hinn taught for two nights on “Anointing Through the Word”, sharing that true power comes from deep engagement with Scripture. Pastor Kong Hee delivered an inspiring message on “The Power of Faith”, teaching participants to stop living only a 3-dimensional life and step into the 4th dimension of the Holy Spirit.
Several other anointed ministers of God from Africa, South America and Europe shared powerful messages to stir up the faith of the congregation, reminding them that ministry is a battleground requiring strategy, persistence, and strong foundations.
Attendees were stirred up to defend the church, take territories through regular evangelism and becoming warrior shepherds, know the Holy Spirit personally, search the scriptures daily, and embrace God’s prophetic vision for the nations.
The conference ended with Bishop Dag sharing on the War Vision to guide participants in the good fight to build the church

This year’s Give Thyself Wholly Conference has been one of the best attended celebrating a remarkable unity of the Church, with 76 nationalities from 45 countries worshipping together, showing the glory of the Lord which is rising upon His people.
